NARRATIVE ARCHITECTURE STUDIO · PARIS

Impossible to confuse. Impossible to generate.

Your market does not hear you
the way you think you speak.

Narrative audit · 490 € · Delivered in seven days

A brand, a venue, a name: what you sell rests on a story — and nobody has ever written it. We read yours the way your market does, without flattery. You get what it says today, what files you with everyone else, and the exact moves that pull you out.

  • The rootThe world of the venue already exists — it has simply never been written.

THE PROBLEM

Your market sees your work. It just does not understand who you are.

When a brand has no identity people can hold onto, it gets evaluated like a commodity — feature against feature, price against price.

  • Nothing to belong to.
  • Nothing to defend.
  • Nothing to repeat to a friend.

Without an identity that holds, every piece of communication starts from zero. The site, the socials, a deck — each tells a different micro-story, and the market meets your brand a hundred times without remembering any of it, because nothing stacks.

Without an architecture

Every piece of communication starts from zero.

The fix is not more content or a better logo. It is a narrative identity strong enough that people stop comparing you — and start belonging to what you stand for.

You've probably already tried to fix this.

None of it was a lack of effort.
It was the wrong cause.

Each felt like progress. None of it changed how your market sees you.

A redone logo

New shopfront, same confusion — the market still confuses you with the one next door.

Here, the logo comes after the doctrine, never before.

A branding agency

It sells you assets and a moodboard, not a decision about what you refuse.

We write what you refuse — not what you wear.

Posting more often

More volume in a noise already saturated with machine-written content — no one notices one more post.

An identity people recognise without you repeating it.

Asking a language model for a positioning statement

A probable text, statistically average — never a choice you're accountable for.

A choice someone stands behind, made by someone who answers for what they refuse.

The problem was never how loud you are. It is that nobody has ever settled what you refuse, and without a refusal there is no identity to belong to.

Yesterday

The making carried the value.

Today

The strategy carries the value.

A branding, marketing or storytelling agency sells you assets and a moodboard. We write the constitution a market learns to recognise you by — and then we make you refuse things, not approve them.

The offer

Your market stops comparing you.
It starts understanding you.

What comes out is not a style guide — it is the written constitution by which your market learns to tell you apart.

Why it matters
38%

more paid by buyers who perceive you as genuinely different

Against 11% on average, across all brands. Even price-driven buyers paid 14% more in that case.

Kantar, BrandZ analysis
74%

of newly created web pages now contain text written by a machine

Across 900,000 pages analysed, one per domain. Only one in four is still written entirely by a human.

Ahrefs, 900,000-page analysis, 2025

In a market where three pieces of content out of four already come from a machine, blending into the noise isn't a theoretical risk anymore — it's the default outcome. An identity written by hand stays the exception people notice, follow, and pay more for.

The Clearest Doctrine

Narrative Architecture in the Age of the Machine

Hamza El Jaouahiry
The Book

In a market where everyone has access to the same machine, the best product no longer wins. The clearest doctrine does.

This studio does not improvise its doctrine commission by commission. It is written down, argued across 158 pages — including the five-stage method, demonstrated end to end on three houses.

FAQ

Everything you need to decide.

This is written for one person: the founder of a house of one to twenty people, three to ten years in, whose work is genuinely better than the market's and who is nevertheless read as interchangeable with it. You are shortlisted next to names that do a rougher version of what you do, for less, and nothing in how you are perceived tells anyone why that comparison is wrong. If instead you are looking for someone to produce content, run your channels, or redo a logo — no.

It's the price of a few weeks of advertising that vanishes the moment you stop paying. Your narrative belongs to you and works for you indefinitely.

3 to 4 weeks from onboarding to delivery. The document is ready to use the Monday after it lands.

Not a sales argument — a real constraint. Every house is built from scratch. Beyond four, quality drops. We would rather decline than deliver ordinary work.

You can run the exercises. What you can't do is see your own blind spot — you've been inside your story so long it reads as obvious to you and invisible to everyone else. The value here isn't the method, it's someone outside your head applying it.

After your commission is confirmed, you receive an onboarding questionnaire. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete and contains everything we need to build your narrative architecture from scratch.

If the deliverable doesn't hit the mark, we write a V2. No questions asked.

Yes, on request. And by default, your work will never be mentioned, adapted, or reused for another house.

In the language you build your brand in — French or English.

Yes. Every written piece, including the six department playbooks, is written to be pasted directly into whatever AI tool your teams already use. We don't build or maintain anything on your side — the writing does the work.

One month later we meet for a ninety-minute walkthrough. If anything needs adjusting, we handle it then.
